Grinda Wärdshus’ classic fondue with the best of the best in terms of delicious accessories and drinks.

We light the fire in the big fireplace and serve a different Christmas table taken from Switzerland’s rich food culture. Here in a unique archipelago environment, you can enjoy fresh winter walks, get into the cozy warmth of the cottage and settle down to enjoy Grinda’s Christmas with delicious flavors from the Alps.

This year’s Christmas table at Grinda is a classic fondue with all the trimmings. Let it be a festive celebration for the company, a memorable dinner for the family or a cozy tradition on your own.

We will decorate Grinda Wärdshus with Christmas decorations in the usual traditional order but replace the Christmas ham with fondue. Each table will be set with a fondue pot and accessories and served as a sharing fondue dinner.

New for this year is that we have another sauna raft for anyone who feels like it!

The journey out is a wonderful experience in itself, there are many ways to get here – we are happy to help you plan. Find out more below.

Content:

• Rich broth (drink with some sherry as a final touch)
• Thinly cut veal, for vegetarians, vegetables.
• Salad a la Nadja with French/Italian dressing
• Sauces x 6 (garlic, tartar, BBQ, cocktail, curry, Grinda’s own)
• Pickles x 6 (gherkins, pickled onions, mini corn, large capers, feferoni, pickled fruits)
• French fries
