With regular traffic:

You can get to Grinda all year round with your own boat or one of the archipelago boats that serve us.

Waxholmsbolaget (+46 8 600 10 00) and Cinderellabåtarna (+46 8 12 00 40 45) have several daily trips from Stockholm, Nacka Strand, Lidingö, Waxholm and Värmdö.

From Stockholm the journey takes just over an hour, from northern Värmdö only ten minutes.

See links below for timetables and how to plan your trip! Keep in mind that we have two docks/stops you can search for, Södra Grinda and Norra Grinda. Södra Grinda is the busiest and it is the same distance (or short) to walk from both, about 10 -15 min, to Wärdshuset which is located in the middle of Grinda.

During the fall/winter/spring period, you travel for free on your SL season ticket on Waxholmsbåtarna.
