A yoga weekend in the Archipelago at beautiful island, Grinda. With the help of the sea, the sky, the greenery and yoga, we let go and land softly in ourselves. Charges with energy and joy. We mix Hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga with yin yoga, dynamics with peace and quiet, energy and recovery.
The classes are held by Jenny Ström Öberg who is a certified Hatha & Ashtanga yoga teacher, trained personal trainer and coach since 2007. Jenny has run her own company in health and exercise since 2007 and has for several years arranged her own training & yoga trips to France and been a leader with Springtime Travel for several years. 14:30 – 16:00 Yoga class // Hatha Vinyasa ending in yin yoga and yoga nidra. A wonderful combo!
