Summer yoga with Marie on Grinda!

This summer we have the pleasure of offering yoga on Fridays starting on July 12.
An easy-to-reach incoming yoga form that reduces stress, promotes recovery and healing. Simple calm movements, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation that create balance physically, mentally and emotionally.

No prior knowledge is needed, everyone can be part of their abilities, fits just as well for you who have never tried yoga before as for you who is a more experienced yogi.

When: Fridays 11.00 – 12.15 (12, 19, 26 July, 2, and 9 August)

Where: When the weather permits, we are outdoors in the fine archipelago nature and otherwise inside the beautiful old inn. We meet at reception and walk together from there at. 11:00. Come in good time for both your own and others’ sake.

Registration: Secure your place at, otherwise drop in due place.

Cost: SEK 200 per occasion paid via swish to 123 549 93 55.

Other: Yoga mat is available to borrow or you bring your own. If you have trouble sitting on the ground / floor, it is just as good to sit on a chair (available to borrow on site). For the best experience, soft clothing is recommended.

About Marie Moquist
Marie is “archipelago girl” since childhood. Nature and especially the sea are ingredients in her life that provide both calm, energy and balance. She has been living in Vaxholm for 10 years, where she regularly holds classes in MediYoga at Vaxholm Yoga Center. Marie started yoga about 12 years ago when she herself was in need of stress management. Today, it’s more about a lifestyle and an attitude. “Being in motion has always been important to me. Creating a balance between activity, rest and recovery has been a major challenge. The yoga is one of my keys to increased inner leadership, which helps me to listen to the body’s signals. ”My passion is meeting people and long-term sustainable health and well-being from a holistic perspective, says Marie.

Marie has medical basic skills and is a diploma instructor in MediYoga, with a specialization in Yoga for adrenal glands and hormone balance.
