Outdoor training with a personal trainer at Grinda! 14-15 May

 

Bring your partner, colleagues, friends or challenge yourself during the archipelago’s best training weekend!
During Grinda’s Outdoor Training, you alternate theory and technology with challenging training sessions and energetic, healthy meals – all so that you will have the best conditions to get started or develop with your training.
Recharge with a good night’s sleep, so that day two is put to the test in “Grinda Utmaningen” where you are tested both physically and mentally.
Fredrik Elfgren is a licensed naprapath and has worked as a PT for several years. Now you will find him at Grinda where he shares his knowledge in training.

Program:
Saturday
13-14: 30 Gathering and today’s lunch.
16: 00-17: 30 Outdoor training with strength and condition.
18:00 – 19:00 Sauna and at Utwärdshuset.
20:00 Dinner at The Inn/ Wärdshuset
Sunday:
7: 30-9: 00 Breakfast
9: 00-12: 00 The Grind Challenge, see content below.
12: 00-13: 00 Coffee / recovery with fruit, biscuits / chocolate bars, tea, coffee

The Grinda Challenge:
During this challenge, you will be tested in a mixture of different activities that will test you both mentally and physically. You are tested in strength, endurance and ability to work together. It will be demanding but also incredibly fun!
Accommodation package:
Accommodation in a double room at the hotel including breakfast, lunch and dinner on the day of arrival, as well as access to all training sessions with instructor & wonderful sauna.

SEK 2990 per adult in a single room
SEK 2490 per adult in a double room

Children between 12-15 years are welcome in the company of a parent, the same price as an adult.
Day package incl lunch 1000 SEK / per adult.
