On September 5, we will have a special guest at Grinda when star chef Johan Jureskog is hosting at Grinda Wärdshus for an exclusive barbecue evening. - Burrata with olive oil and cured beef
- Grilled bacon from Swedish farm-raised pork
- Tomato salad with Bloody Mary dressing and silver onion

- Bone-in Swedish dairy beef, served with tomato, Parmesan salad, béarnaise sauce & baked potato
- Dessert:
- Swedish chocolate mud cake with lightly whipped cream
