Camping in the Heart of the Archipelago

Experience the genuine archipelago feeling at Grinda’s scenic campsite, beautifully located on Norra Grinda. Camping here is easy and free – bring your own tent and pitch it where you feel most comfortable. No reservation is needed, just choose your favorite spot among the large green areas overlooking the sea.

The campsite is just a few meters from the water, perfect for a morning swim or an evening stroll along the cliffs. There’s plenty of space to socialize, play and relax – run barefoot in the grass, grill at one of the communal barbecue areas and enjoy the tranquillity of the beautiful countryside.

Water is easily collected from the nearby pumps, and the fee includes access to waste disposal, dry toilets and shower facilities. Showers are available in the marina’s service building during high season between 12:00-14:00.

The easiest way to get here is to get off the Waxholm boat at Norra Grinda – from there it’s just a short walk of a few hundred meters to the camping area.

Fee:

200:- per tent/ day.
1000:- / week.

  • The fee can be paid at the Stugby reception, Lilla Längan, at the southern jetty, the Grinda Wärdshus reception or at Lanthandeln.
  • The fee includes a pitch at the campsite, access to waste management, dry toilets and shower facilities.
  • Showers are available in the guest harbor at the service building between 12:00 – 14:00 in high season.
